Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Items :
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of
receiving your parcel. We may request photos or a short video to verify the issue. Once
approved, we will offer one of the following: A free replacement, or A full refund,
including shipping costs. We cover all return postage costs for damaged or incorrect
items.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your order within 7 days,
provided the item is:
Unopened
Unused
In resellable condition
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. .

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit: Please contact us within 7–10 days of
expected delivery. We will investigate with the courier and, if confirmed lost, send a
replacement free of charge.
